It monitors RSS channels and complete websites, telling you of the changes and updates.

Active Web Reader is a totally free web reader which works with all RSS channels (0.9x, 1.x and 2.x), and works extremely quickly. Add your favourite RSS channels to the program to be always up to date. In addition to RSS channels you can also add whole websites. Active Web Reader continuously monitors them to detect if there are any changes to their content, and tells you if you want it to. It can also highlight the changes to a website in colours, and the program comes with various websites already included, ordered by subject.

An advanced option in Active Web Reader is to auto-find RSS channels so that, if you find one on a website you are browsing, you can add it directly to the program. All the RSS channels you have in Active Web Reader can be imported/exported in OPML format.
